Collecting your domain name allows us to count the number of visitors to CDC hosted media who are directed to us via the media that you have syndicated. (Please note that if you use one of our mapping features users are kept on your site to see that media if you also have it syndicated.) It also provides an ease of use factor for our users that manage syndication on multiple domains.
